Understanding (Zane Mandell)

Science is simply the next step in our understanding of how things are. Religion is on its way out it is just that there are some people that still believe that the way we used to think is still right. And I don’t see this as much of a problem, as long as those people keep to themselves and do not force their ways upon the masses they will eventually disappear. Unfortunately there are those that keep on trying to convince that they are right. Everyone has the right to believe what they want to believe, that means allowing them to hear more than one voice. If they choose to hear only one voice then that is their choice. As we have discussed, science is just another barrier, but as I discussed in my previous post, we as a species need barriers so that we can achieve goals. We may find a better alternative to science one day, but for now it is the right way to move. It has allowed so many advances in the development of society that it can be deemed to be crucial to the modern man’s way of life and survival. But for now, well the struggle goes on.
