Choice

Humans want to believe that a sense of free will and choice exists in society. I agree with this to an extent. I do believe that humans have the ability to choose what they want to do and say. But I think that humans act solely in free will, and that nothing is predetermined. Some of you may say that examples from history (such as slavery) disprove that. But the fact is that every one of the slaves brought over from Africa, among other places, has the choice on whether to resist or to not resist. This choice may be hard to make, and achieving the choice you make may be difficult, but a choice exists nonetheless.
