Today's discussion got me thinking about mistakes and how humans have the advantage of bettering themselves as a race and society. If you think about it, no other species of creature is entirely capable of doing that. They do not have the intellectual benefits as we do. Humans are special in that way, among many other ways. The fact that individual human beings are more special than others is inevitable. To not believe that is just ignorant. If everybody were the same, our society would be stuck in a rut. We would not advance or grow or move forward, we would not learn from our mistakes. People are different for a reason and certain people excel over others for a reason. It is simply human nature and our species would be doomed from the start if that was not the case.
