He speaks the truth

"But he is so ungrateful that you could not find another like him in all creation" (17). This quote speaks volumes. It is so true. Everyone always complains about their life and how they hate it and how they wish that they could be another person. Everyone is unique and no one person is exactly like the other, everyone has their own qualities.
Something that he always brings up is about math and science and how when someone figures out the cause of something that stop wanting it. He says that once someone figures out where desire comes from they are going to stop desiring their desires. I think that this is true because once you see where it comes from you avoid it and desire sometimes hurts. He even talks about love in one of the pages and says how he would never go through it because it is so painful.
Something interesting that he said is that once someone is educated they are no longer independent. I guess this is true to a certain extent because now you know how to act in certain situations instead of acting the way that you want to act or thinking things that you want to think.
